Jan Vincent Contopidis, known professionally as iFeature, is a Hamburg-born electronic music producer, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist based in Paris. Born June 12, 2000, he's built his career on technical innovation, emotional depth, and complete creative independence.

Musical Identity

iFeature has explored many genres throughout his career, but dubstep and drum & bass remain at the core of his sound, often infused with poppy orchestral influences. His pop alias yanvince explores more melodic, indie-leaning sounds. This dual approach allows him to channel different sides of his artistry from bass-heavy productions to introspective songwriting.

The One-Man Operation

A classically trained pianist since age five, iFeature handles everything himself. Working in Ableton Live 12, he designs his own drum and bass sounds from scratch, builds custom Max for Live tools and VST plugins, writes lyrics, performs vocals, and manages production and mixing. He runs his own independent label and has built a community of producers organically through SoundCloud, Twitch, and Discord, where artists share sounds, help each other out, and grow together. He offers custom tools and sample packs through his Patreon to support fellow creators.
